On June 8th, 2026, Saint Joseph Hospital in Jerusalem signed a contract with "MINDY Development Construction LTD." to execute the construction and finishing works for the new Outpatient Building, which represents a fundamental infrastructure investment and development aiming to transition into a teaching hospital.
The Outpatient Building is a key infrastructure investment, consisting of a modern, advanced 11-story building: five basement floors for parking, facilities, and services, and six floors above ground level, with a total building area of approximately 13,200 square meters, designed in accordance with the latest architectural and engineering standards.
This ambitious project is part of the modernization and expansion framework of Saint Joseph Hospital in Jerusalem—a vital non-profit institution dedicated to serving the population of East Jerusalem. It has been made possible thanks to a strong partnership that brings together:
🔹 Agence Française de Développement (AFD), providing concessional financing on behalf of France.
🔹 The European Union, via its Partnership for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (PEEB), supporting climate-responsive and energy-efficient infrastructure.
🔹 The Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), which continues to contribute to the hospital's expansion works.
🔹 Saint Joseph Hospital in Jerusalem, dedicating its efforts to improving the quality of care provided to its patients.
