Dr.Mohammad Ibrahim Ghannam

A board-certified pediatrician and neonatal specialist, certified by the Palestinian Medical Council and the Arab Board of Health Specializations, with advanced fellowship training in Perinatal and Neonatal Medicine. He currently serves as a Neonatal specialist in the Neonatal Department at Saint Joseph Hospital, where he provides specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns. His clinical interests include neonatal intensive care, neonatal resuscitation, respiratory support, and the advancement of evidence-based neonatal care.
Dr. Ghannam is a certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor and is actively incolved in medical education and the training of healthcare professionals in pediatric emergency and neonatal care. He previously served as Coordinator of the Southern Neonatal Network (SNN), contributing to regional initiatives aimed at improving neonatal outcomes and strengthening collaboration between neonatal centers across the West Bank and Jerusalem.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Ghannam is commited to advancing neonatal medicine through research, quality improvement and education. He actively contributes to initiatives that promote excellence in newborn care, support healthcare professional development, and enhance neonatal services for newborns and their families.
