The operating theatres function around the clock with excellent nursing and anaesthesia staff. The department is prepared for emergent surgical procedures, minimally invasive approaches, and a range of elective major surgical procedures including uro-surgery, thoracic, gynaecologic, orthopaedic, and gastrointestinal surgery. The facility includes four fully equipped modern operating theatres and a surgical intensive care unit (SICU) for the care of critically ill patients. Outpatient services are available daily, with minor procedures performed in outpatient departments or day-care settings.
